I have been going to Winning Smile Dental for a few Months. The staff and Dr. Polly Reese are great. I just wish I would have found them sooner. I highly recommend this Dental office.

I had a toothache for 3 days and finally called the Winning Smile Dental office on Ridge in Evanston. They said they could get me in that day and Dr Polly Reese who I had never met before was fabulous. She did everything she could to make me comfortable including setting up an appointment with an endodontist for the next day, which was very impressive because it was about 5 pm. I also loved the endodontist, Dr Jill Young in Old Orchard and will be reviewing her separately. After 3 days of pain, lack of food and no sleep, I feel like I have returned from the dark side. Thanks Dr Reese and your staff 🙏🙏.

Efficient office and professional staff. I've been frequenting this practice for 20+ years. Dr Reese is very good about making sure dental care does not hurt.

Rhis was my first experience with Dr. Sawan as my regular dentist was out sick. Dr Sawan is extremely thorough, skilled and capable. Also she provides great explanations of procedures and care options which was very reassuring in my decision making process.

Dr. Reese is thorough and does great work on restorative dental procedures. The dental hygienists do a great job as well. Helpful front office. I always leave the office feeling cared for.

I’ve had a lot of dental work in the last year with Dr. Reece and am impressed with her crown making skills. The pricing is very competitive and Dr. Reese is experienced as well as skilled. That said, the office staff is pleasant but any problems I’ve had has been with the office staff. Although I have an insurance plan, I have been charged the full amount until the insurance comes through then I will have a credit for next work. I’ve had issues with attitude from the staff and many faces appear and disappear. I’ve had billing surprises because verification of my insurance was either not done or not updated with the new year. That is still being resolved. My number one rule is not to mess with my pocketbook! I wish they felt the same way.

Dr. Reese has assembled a great supporting team who you can tell truly care about the patient.
